- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience I have ever had. The doctor was great, treated me and my daughter fine. However, they coded a bill wrong and I am still dealing with this 8 months later. The bill was for my insurance and was supposed to be FREE, 100%. I currently have had to set up a payment plan- giving them another month to try and figure the issue out. Now the next payment is due, and still nothing. I get a run around every time I call, saying there is nothing that they can do, it is in someone else's hands. I have asked for a phone call- nothing. I have asked to be attached to the email's being sent- "they cant", I've left messages- nothing. Beyond frustrated. They have also said to call the billing department at BVHS, and my insurance company, which I did thinking I could help and speed the issue up.
